Hi there!

I am a craniosacral therapist, doula, childbirth educator, and healing arts teacher. I offer co-creative birthing consultations for expecting parents worldwide and online birth and healing arts classes.

My bodywork and birthing services practice is Maia Healing Arts and online birth and healing arts classes are at the Maia Institute of Co-Creative Healing.  I am the publisher of the Birth Ecology Project, and I teach holistic doula training workshops with Birth Arts International.

I'm also the creator of Mandala Hoops and I offer HoopDance and HoopYoga classes, workshops, and instruction in the Healing Art of Hooping.
